When Will My Order Arrive?

We offer complimentary standard shipping via UPS within the United States. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for US Shipping, up to 15 business days for Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 16-18 days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce great custom products for you! Can I return my product - What Is Your Return Policy?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within (10) business days and receive a complimentary replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • HiramCruz does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.
  • We will typically issue your refund within (24-48) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

International Shipping Policy

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT"; button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
